Harley M. Sacks has had a distinguished and varied professional career.  Mr. Sacks practices law in Wilmington,
North Carolina where he assists small to medium-sized businesses, professional organizations and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Sacks is a director of K2A, LLC, a British-based company that creates and implements local economic measurement tools to determine a triple bottom line, namely:  the economic, social, and environmental impact of a business or enterprise on a local area.

Mr. Sacks is a member and General Counsel of The Kaufman Group, Ltd. The Kaufman Group assists foreign companies wishing to establish a presence  within the U.S. and assists U.S. companies that require strategic analysis, planning, restructuring, turnaround
and work-out analysis.

Mr. Sacks is the former senior partner in the law firm of Morse & Sacks in Northhampton, Massachusetts and has been a
practicing attorney for over 30 years. In 2005 Attorney Sacks merged his firm with Bacon Wilson, P.C which
continues to operate as a large regional firm in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He remains of-counsel to that firm.
